A Semi-Automatic Corner Labeling Machine (also known as a Wraparound Labeler) is a labeling system designed to apply labels to the corners, edges, or ridges of products. It is particularly suitable for labeling square, rectangular, or cylindrical objects at their corner positions.
Key Components:
Labeling head – Includes a roll-fed label dispenser, pressure label wheel, and air knife
Corner die / positioning fixture – Holds the product at a fixed angle to ensure consistent label placement
Conveying mechanism – Guide rails or platform; some models feature intermittent (stepped) conveying
Control system – Triggered by push button or photoelectric sensor; controlled by PLC
Tension / deviation correction mechanism – Roll label tension adjustment and label alignment correction
